General
Please be mindful that proper packaging takes time
We advise that you start gathering packing materials as soon as you receive notification from us that one of your artworks has been sold. Please begin packing at least a couple of days before the delivery date. If shipping your artwork requires a custom-built wooden crate (see size guidelines below), we advise you to start even sooner.
Please ensure that your cardboard box or custom-built wooden crate is at least 5cm larger on all sides than your artwork so that there is enough space for adequate filler packaging all around the artwork to protect it during postage.
Labelling
Please affix the shipping label to the package or crate and put clear tape over the label to hold it in place during postage. Please write “FRAGILE”strong> in large capital letters on the package. For everything other than rolled artwork please also write “PLEASE KEEP UPRIGHT. DO NOT LAY FLAT.”
