My Biography

Art for me is about capturing a moment in time and expanding that moment; by looking beyond the painting, I am trying to capture a thought, feeling or emotion so the viewer can explore and anticipate what comes next. I am continuously progressing and achieving more and more with my art. My new collection is a new style of portraits, with a looser and more experimental nature. I paint with oils on canvas; I love the way the paints blend into each other and I am working on a method which conveys a lot on the canvas with less paint. I am also trying different coloured backgrounds to make an impact on the overall painting.
I am an artist who loves mystery through soulfulness and expressiveness. By examining interior worlds, I want to try to understand inner thoughts and how they live through art. Art is a way of life, a form of personal expression and a passion that has been awakened in me, and will now never cease to exist.
