My art focuses on photography and sculpting. Since the beginning stones are a main motif in my art, and aesthetic appeal.

The work I present to you- “AGATE APOLO”-is part of a stunning Agate stone collection, belongs to one of the most influential and highly appreciated artist* in my country.

the Agate collection is a raw material that was chosen very carefully by this artist.
The meeting point between us, the curator of stones (by her) and decomposition and assembly of me, allowed the stones to resurrect as a creation.


My work technique is scanning the Agate as a film negative. Using the scanners light, creates a feel of a sealed world, which contributes and highlights the Agate as an individual out of a collective, with a story and full life of its own.

I chose not to process the image completely, in order to highlight between the pure beauty of the Agate stone and give volume to the incompletions and roughness. this choice nourishes and contributes to the personality of the art work.
