  • Description

This was made specially for a group exhibition called "What is the point 2014", this was held at the plush Adams Private members club in Adams Street WC1. The painting got a positive reaction from all who attended. And from that I got an exclusive invitation only by a West End gallery Owner to "Raphael Mazzucco" exhibition in Belgravia Sq. Which open my eyes to new options. She's is a small Chinese child living with poverty in rural China I tried to capture hope and desperation. And part of the process I do but not to all my paintings , is to encase the painting in resin, which lifts the acrylic as the when the acrylic dries the colour goes flat. But the resin lifts the colour and gives a glossy finish and looks like a sheet of glass has been laid on it. This canvas is frameless and can be hung straight to the wall.
