This work is a depiction on Lord Krishna of Indian Mythology in traditional yet minimalistic style. Vamshidhara in Sanskrit means 'bearer of flute' or 'one with the flute'. It is another name of Lord Krishna, a prominent deity of Sanatana Dharma (more popularly known as Hinduism). Lord with skin as dark as clouds, he is a fierce warrior, great political strategist and a passionate lover. When he plays on the flute, time stands still. Peace and joy permeates all creation.
